All is not well between Sonam and Deepika and here's why!

All is not well between Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. This was quite apparent from last week's Koffee with Karan where Sonam made some rather shocking statements about Deepika.

For people who did not watch the show, let me brief you. On the show, when Karan asked Sonam on what does Deepika Padukone have that she doesn’t, Sonam responded, “An over-enthusiastic PR team”. Sonam went on to say things like - ”Deepika doesn’t have her own style", and also mentioned Deepika's name when Karan asked her on who came to her mind when he said - "Good girl gone bad".

We may now have an answer on why Sonam has suddenly turned sour towards Deepika.

As per DNA , the reasons are professional. I am going to copy the interesting bits verbatim here.

DNA quotes - Both Dips and Sonam until recently were managed by the same PR agency. But the Kapoor girl felt that Dippy used them to undermine her Bewaakofiyaan girl and to highlight her brand. One must also note that while Sonam had been in talks with Sooraj Bharjatya for the movie opposite Salman Khan, there were news doing the rounds that Deepika Padukone has been signed for the movie and later reports that Deepika could not allot dates and had to back out.

This might explain why Sonam commented that Deepika has an over-enthusiastic PR team on Karan's chat show.

All in all, we can now say that the Deepika - Sonam war has begun!
