Vikas Bahl wants Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif in the desi remake of Fifty Shades of Grey

We did not see that coming!

We recently caught up with the Shaandaar director Vikas Bahl to talk about the Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer. Obviously, that is not all we talked about and the conversation veered off to something interesting. We asked Vikas if he would be interested in making a Bollywood remake of Fifty Shades of Grey.

Even though the film became a phenomenon because of its high-voltage sexual content and theme, Vikas didn’t see what the fuss was all about! At first Vikas was reluctant to even give the idea of remaking Fifty Shades a chance because he thinks it is overrated and he hasn’t seen the film. But we weren’t taking that for an answer so we asked the Shaandaar director two just name a hot couple from Bollywood who could play the leads in the erotic movie. Bahl’s answer is sure to make your jaws drop! At the mention of the word hot Vikas instantly came up with Deepika Padukon and Katrina Kaif’s names for a desi remake of Fifty Shades of Grey. Who would have thought of that, right?
